Every day teens face difficult challenges. Each choice they make creates a ripple effect often resulting in unanticipated long term consequences.
Life-Coaching helps teens build a solid foundation. This balance makes them aware of how decisions made today profoundly affect their lives as well as everyone dear to them.
Mentoring
The Steve Sax Foundation raises the bar of expectancy in the hearts and minds of our young people. Learn directly from someone who knows how to get there.
Steve achieved major success overcoming many challenging obstacles. He shares these experiences to build hope-filled, responsible young adults. Steve teaches young men and women how to be honest and accountable decision makers.
Community Outreach
Outreach provides services to those who might not otherwise have access. Steve reaches out to all young adults nationwide who want to make a difference. Mentoring, coaching, and motivational speaking are only a portion of his program. Steve partners with professionals from many industries bringing a broad perspective to the participants.

The Program
Steve's Mission
Our mission is to motivate, encourage and equip the youth of America through on-line mentoring and life coaching. We will help shape the process of building responsible young adults; teaching young men and women how to be hope-filled decision makers. The purpose of the Steve Sax Foundation is to raise the bar of expectancy within the hearts and minds of our young people. The program will reach into communities across the country and partner with other organizations, as well as parents, to bring hope through opportunity, and provide a platform for a positive impact in their lives physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Also, through our fundraising efforts, participants will have the possibility to earn a college scholarship through Steve’s mentoring curriculum.
Steve's Program is Different
The Steve Sax Foundation uses the internet as a way to reach large numbers of young people. The six-month group mentor coaching program is delivered via the internet and online encounters are viewed by all enrolled participants.
Steve helps the participant in these online encounters work through a struggle, issue or current event. This experience is invaluable for young minds as they establish a sense of perspective. Through group mentor coaching, young people understand that others have very similar experiences and thought barriers to overcome. Watching a peer process and develop solutions through Steve's mentoring gives them the tools they need to help themselves.
Education
Steve's message is a powerful testament to the importance of education. It can be difficult for a young adult to understand how important their education is when distracted by life's day to day challenges. Steve partners with parents and teachers in support of one another. In addition, participants have the opportunity to earn a college scholarship based on their performance in the Steve Sax Foundation.

My parents. My folks led by example. My Dad grew up during the Great Depression. And because of that He was a doer not a sayer.

How did you find your passion for what you do now?

I think one of the greatest things a person can do is give back. I find some of my greatest joys in life have come from helping other people and watching them succeed.
